REFUND POLICY
Due to the personal nature of our products we do not refund, exchange, or accept returns unless it was due to our error or the product was damaged in transit.
We know that you can't smell the products before ordering online, so we do our best to describe our fragrances as accurately as possible.
Refunds will not be offered on change of mind purchases or if you do not like the scent ordered.
Should a candle or bottle get broken in transit I will send a replacement but you will need to email a photo of the damage. Please do not send your product back without contacting me first at hello@caperteevalleysoaps.com.au

In the event a parcel has an Authority to Leave when being delivered, items that are damaged, lost or stolen will not be refunded or replaced. Due to Australia's weather conditions, it is advised against requesting an Authority to Leave to prevent damage to products.

For any product faults or the product does not measure up to what you expect please let us know so that we can look into an exchange, replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued on the cost of the product only and not any postage costs incurred.
Any postage for returns will be at the expense of the customer.
